Dates Salad: Healthy and Tasty

2 cups of mung bean sprouts


½ cup chopped purple basil

2 fresh sour apples (with skin)

Two cups of chopped spinach


Two cups of chopped lettuce


A tablespoon of olive oil


A tablespoon of sesame oil

How to make date salad

Mix mung bean sprouts, spinach and lettuce together, then add olive oil and sesame oil to it, then put it in a container and keep it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Try to make your container big because you have to add the ingredients to it in order. Now, after the mentioned time, mix the ingredients together. Chop the apple with the skin and add it to the salad bowl along with the chopped basil, dates, almond slices, cheese and sesame seeds. Mix the salad once more and cook for a while. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour until the extract of all ingredients is combined.
